Books on Fractional Ownership

Fractional Vacation Homes: Marketing and Sales in Challenging Times

The ability to turn prospects into closed sales is the difference between success and failure in today’s fractional marketplace. This excellent book by David Disick is the first and only how-to manual on this topic and should be required reading for any fractional developer, seller or agent. I particularly enjoyed the detailed scripts and suggestions on how to move the sales process through the most common buyer objections.

Sherman Potvin, fractional consultant and founder of Luxury Fractional Guide.com, has written this useful introduction to selling your individual vacation homes as fractionals. This e-book is a step-by-step manual that offers tools to evaluate, prepare, market and sell a fractional home.

Vacation Home Fractional Conversion

Dan Morton's book covers exactly what the title says: converting vacation homes to fractional ownership homes. It takes the approach that the reader is part of the 99.8% of the population that does not have a firm understanding of fractional ownership and seeks to explain what fractional ownership is, how it has evolved, where it is going and how it can be used effectively in a number of situations to provide flexibility, increase profits and attract buyers.
